BEGIN your day with a 20-minute period of peace..Call it whatever you like, prayer, meditation, the silence, peaceful moments. Get up a little earlier than usual. Stay in a private area where you will not be disturbed. Focus on your breathing, just like you were doing some exercise like squats, pushups, situps, lunges. Breathing is exercise. You will be amazed at how good it feels to breathe deeply for 20 minutes.
